I don't impress easily when it comes to my intended profession. You've got to be pretty damned accomplished to even make me give a shit about who you are. So when one of the most powerful agents in Hollywood gives me free advice, you bet your ass I'm taking it.
Fuck the theater. Just because a friend of a friend got discovered that way doesn't mean I will. I'm dropping that shit. It's hard to get film auditions in this town without an agent but I've got a way around that. A little face time with a casting director will get my foot in the door and get me what I need to get started. I can be pretty persuasive in person.
